The Client is a Multinational fortune 500 company with presence in almost 120 countries in the world. It is one of the top 10 pharmaceutical company in the world.

Scope

The project is a web application which is developed for scheduling meetings (online and offline) all over the world. This project can schedule both online and offline meetings around the world on different time zones and send reminders to all the invitees and speakers automatically. The viewers canview allthe details of the previous meetings. The admin has the flexibility to customize the application. Since our client has presence in many parts of the world, hence the application manages many languages including Arabic, Chinese, Korean etc.

Challenges

• Scheduling the meetings according to the different time zones of respective countries.
• Multiple language support.
• Satisfy the local needs from different regional offices of our client.

Solution

The solution delivered includes a fully customizable responsive web portal. The regional administrator has the ability to define and move around the fields on pages. The project was delivered after successfully completing the testing in over 60 clientregional officesin different countries. Last but not least integration with target applications such as LDAP and Active Directory was realized.

Results

The application was created successfully with all specifications said by the customer. All the challenges were overcome and AMT continues to do the development and maintenance of this product.
