This project is the part of the smart city initiation for Bengaluru city. This application helps the people in Bangalore to register and report complaint about their day to day issues like water lodging, garbage issues, pot holes etc.

Challenges

• Handling huge traffic from the public during registering complaints.
• Developing API's to interface with the concerned government organisations.
• Linking the application with different social networks like Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp etc.

Solution

We developed an application to handle the traffic during registering complaints. All the social networks were linked with the application which could interface with the concerned organisations.
